Food and Beverages Production Diploma is designed to develop the culinary skills amongst the students and to prepare them for catering and hospitality industry. As the core division of the hotel industry food and beverages production is involved in the preparation of food – the process in which the raw materials are procured, cooked, combined and transformed to make a dish .Food and Beverage services are wider and includes all production activities in addition to serving the food and beverages.  The scope of food and beverages production is growing at faster space in India and abroad along with the growth of the hospitality Industry.
